If the age information provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

  • Each individual may open one account only.
  • If multiple accounts are opened from the same device, IP address, or by members of the same household, all accounts will be closed.
  • Accounts may not be transferred or sold to a third party.
  • All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

2.1 Deposit

hu77 currently supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Key terms for deposits:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be forfeited.

2.2 Withdrawal

Terms for withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for the bonus has been met.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
  • hu77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

3.1 Welcome Bonus

hu77 offers new members a 150% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. Terms for the welcome bonus:

  • The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
  • Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
  • Deposit ৳22,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳37,000.
  • A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

3.2 General Bonus Policy

  • Each bonus offer has its own applicable terms and conditions.
  • A bonus applies once per account only.
  • Bonus balance will be used before cash balance.
  • Any bonus fraud will result in the bonus being forfeited.
  • hu77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • Any attempt to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

3.3 VIP Program

hu77 operates a five-tier VIP program for its regular players. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Higher tiers can be reached through regular and active play. VIP benefits are entirely at hu77's discretion and are subject to change.

Prohibited Activities

4.1 Prohibited Activities on the Platform

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms will result in the account being closed and, where applicable, legal action may be taken:

  • Any attempt to commit fraud, deception, or harm to other players.
  • Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
  • Using automated software (bots) or scripts.
  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Opening or operating an account using another person's information.
  • One individual operating multiple accounts.
  • Creating artificial betting patterns for the purpose of bonus abuse.
  • Harassing or threatening other users of the platform.

4.2 Monitoring of Suspicious Activity

hu77 monitors all transactions and gaming activity. In the case of suspicious activity, we may request additional verification information, temporarily suspend the account, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

Account Closure & Termination

8.2 Account Closure by hu77

hu77 reserves the right to close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Providing false information.
  • Bonus abuse.
  • Non-compliance with age requirements.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the bonus balance may be forfeited. However, whether any verified cash balance is returned will be determined based on the circumstances.
